How do I order?
Open the Order page, pick a package and fill in your details. You will then see the payment instructions.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. After paying, send us the transaction ID, the sender number and the amount.
How will I know my payment was received?
Use Check order with your Order ID and the phone or email you used. The status changes after we verify your payment.
How do I get my login details?
We send them to you privately, by WhatsApp or email, after setup. Please never share them in public.
How does renewal work?
We remind you before your hosting expires. You pay in the same way, and we extend your hosting after we verify the payment.
What is your refund policy?

Who provides the hosting?
HOSTNEIL resells web hosting provided by third-party upstream providers. HOSTNEIL does not own data centers.
